We were asked to write an “about us” page to let people know where we came from and a little bit into the history of what we do. However, Instead of doing an about us page, we would rather spend our time with an “about you” page. After all, that is what makes us happy. We are ultimately here to help you buy and sell real estate. We are here to simplify the process and provide a system to reach your goals in the time frame you are happy with. We have spent thousands of hours of research, trial, error and passion to simplify a system that you are able to follow and have success with. There is no “Secret” recipe, it is just a step by step process that will give you amazing results.
We started “flipping” houses so to speak after watching a few shows on TV on flipping houses. we know…it looked way easier on TV. That first flip was over 10 years ago. We had no choice in our early days of house renovating and selling. We could not sell the homes the traditional way. We could not afford to lose out on the extra money we would gain from selling the homes ourselves. In reality, the first couple homes we flipped and sold, the only real profit we received from them was the savings from “us” selling the home. Like we said above, it looked easier on TV.
We needed to sell these homes to make a profit and when your back is up against the wall to lose money or make money, you find unique and interesting ways to sell, market and promote your homes. Now, ten years later, with blood, sweat, highs, lows and a few tears, we have a great system that is easy to follow, easy to market and easy to use. We will never proclaim a “secret” system, magic button or sit on the couch and watch millions roll in idea. We understand that even with a great system like ours, we will still need to improve, grow and tweak the system we have to meet the changing needs of our customers and the market itself. Our passion and determination will keep us thriving to be the best service available.
